Data we handle

Players can choose Google Sign-In or continue as a guest. Google Sign-In is handled by Google; we receive a user identifier and, when Google provides them, name and email so we can create or restore your game profile in our database.

Guest play uses an anonymous player ID we create. Guest progress is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database and is tied to that ID (and this device) until you link a Google account.

Login, player profile, progress, inventory, and purchase entitlements are stored on your device and in Cloudflare D1 (our game database) so you can restore them after reinstalling or switching devices when signed in.

The game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (an ad mediation platform). LevelPlay and the networks it fills ads from may use your device advertising ID and similar device signals to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may store a purchase token or product ID in D1 so we can unlock what you bought.

Firebase Analytics records gameplay events, device and app version, crash or performance data, and identifiers so we can run and improve the game. Firebase is not used to store your login or save data.

An HTML5 build may still be hosted on itch.io. Playing in a browser is also subject to itch.io’s privacy policy.

Accounts

You can play with a Google account or as a guest. We store that player record and saves in Cloudflare D1. Guest profiles can later be linked to Google Sign-In. You can delete an account in the game (where the store requires it) or through our account deletion page.

Ads

Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (mediation). LevelPlay and the networks it uses to fill ads may collect your advertising ID and similar device signals to serve and measure ads, unless you opt out in device settings or the session is treated as child-directed. See the Unity Privacy Policy (LevelPlay). Networks that LevelPlay bids out to have their own policies as well.

In-app purchases

Purchases are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those stores handle payment details. We keep enough information in Cloudflare D1 (for example product ID and purchase token) to deliver and restore items. Refunds follow the store’s policy, not Kusuma Games directly.

Third parties

Google Sign-In and Google Play (if you install from Play) are subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Firebase Analytics is subject to Firebase Privacy.

Unity LevelPlay ads are subject to the Unity Privacy Policy.

Player login and save data are stored in Cloudflare D1. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

App Store purchases on Apple devices are also subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

Distribution or browser play may go through itch.io (https://adiawk.itch.io/stationery-defender-td-tycoon). itch.io processes data under its own terms.

Children

Stationery Defenders may be listed as Everyone / 3+. Google Sign-In is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for a Google-linked account or for personalized ads. If a child has used the game in a way that sent us personal data, email support@kusumagames.com and we will delete it.

Requests

Email support@kusumagames.com to access, correct, or delete information about this game. To delete a Google or guest account, use the in-game delete option or account deletion.
